Enfold - Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme

Versión 8.2 — 4 octubre 2026

• Nuevo Special Headings can now stretch to fill the full width of their container, with a separate setting per device so long headlines stay readable on phones
• Nuevo Special Headings and Text Blocks can be animated in word by word or letter by letter as they scroll into view, fading in or rising up from behind their own line
• Nuevo Grid Row cells can now fade in or be revealed by a curtain wipe as the visitor scrolls to them, the same animations columns already offer
• Nuevo Element settings windows now show a dot on every options section holding a value that differs from the default, updating as you edit, so you can see at a glance what has been changed on an element - and hovering the dot turns it into a red × that resets the section to its default values, or to the values of the custom element the element is based on
• Nuevo Header > Extra Element Beside The Menu displays a shortcode next to your menu, left or right of it - a language switcher for example - and follows the menu into the burger menu and on to smaller screens; on a phone the logo is scaled down to make room for it
• Nuevo AVIF image format to lightbox
• Nuevo Enfold Academy demo can be imported from the theme's demo list
• Nuevo Enfold Grit Shop demo - a WooCommerce sportswear store - can be imported from the theme's demo list
• Nuevo A way to paste exported Theme Settings directly into a textarea as a fallback for uploads blocked by hosting security filters
• Nuevo Option to use privacy-enhanced video URLs (youtube-nocookie.com, Vimeo "Do Not Track") for background videos, the Video element, Masonry and Gallery
• Corregido ALB overlapping edit icons
• Corregido An empty row in the Advanced options of the Tabs element
• Corregido The Lottie Animation preview in the element settings window stayed empty
• Corregido The Mailchimp element settings window did not finish opening while no Mailchimp API key is set
• Corregido Corrupted "Heading" text on the Partner/Logo element after reopening it
• Corregido "Download Video Thumbnail" failed for Vimeo and YouTube links with extra URL parameters
• Corregido Image copyright notices no longer showed on the Masonry Gallery element, introduced in 8.1
• Corregido Product Slider, Post Slider, Content Slider and Partner/Logo Slider no longer break their items into several rows on a phone - the items now sit in one row that swipes and scrolls, one item per screen on a portrait phone and two in landscape, with the arrows moving one screen at a time; the layout follows the screen as the window is resized or the phone turned
• Corregido Imported pages no longer end in a critical error when the quotes of their element settings had been turned into ' before export - the importer repairs them and lists every repair in the PHP error log
• Corregido Pages imported with the WordPress Importer's "rewrite urls" option ticked no longer end in a critical error - the option runs the page through an HTML parser that encodes every quote in your element settings, and Enfold now repairs that as the page is written
• Corregido Links, menu entries and files in an imported demo now point at your own site instead of the demo it was exported from
• Corregido Fatal error on shop/archive pages for "bundle" type products from non-official bundling plugins
• Corregido Fatal error clearing caches after a plugin/theme update on sites running Cache Enabler
• Corregido Layout Builder assets (JS/CSS) loaded on every post type, including ones that never supported the builder
• Corregido The Layout Builder's element panel resize handle stayed visible and draggable on posts where the builder wasn't the active editor
• Corregido Aria-label on Post Slider slides and the page content header failed ARIA validation
• Corregido Heading's reveal text animation set an invalid role="text" on heading tags
• Mejorado AVIF uploads no longer generate our own custom image sizes, since GD/Imagick resize support for AVIF is inconsistent across hosts
• Mejorado The demo import screen loads small preview images instead of full screenshots, so the list of demos appears faster
• Mejorado Every tab of an element settings window now holds its options in a section with a heading, so all settings windows share one layout
• Mejorado Theme Settings export files are now compressed
• Mejorado The Reset All Options button in Theme Settings is hidden by default, so options cannot be wiped by accident - switch it back on under Import/Export when you need it
